To prepare your images for printing
File format: You will need to save it as a JPG, TIFF or DNG.
File size: It is often possible to get a reasonable print from a small file. However, a larger size file will be higher resolution and will give you a better print quality. If you are unsure, please call or email us and we can look at your images and offer advice.
Dimensions: Consider whether the print size you select is appropriate for the dimensions of your image. If required, we can help crop your photo to fit, but as an example, a square image doesn’t work well on a rectangular page!
Send us your images
You can send your images to us by Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or email to: studio@kentstreetstudio.com.au. Or you can upload jpg files using our online order page.
Turn around time
Please allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for your order. If your job is urgent, please call 9789 9722 or email us and we will do our best to assist.
Packed and shipped to you
You are welcome to arrange pick up from our Digital Camera Warehouse store in Canterbury, otherwise your order will be safely packaged and shipped to your nominated delivery address. Standard shipping on Fine Art Prints is $16.50.
